Cody {The Superhero Project}

The Superhero Project

Three year old Cody (or Cody Bear, as his mom likes to call him) totally stole my heart. I seriously fell in love with the little guy in the short hour that I had the honor of photographing him.

His mom, Shawna, says: Cody was born with Trisomy 21 or Down syndrome. He’s been blessed with good health, but struggles with his extremely low muscle tone, Sensory Processing Disorder, and Speech Apraxia. Despite those obstacles, he is a playful little boy who loves to tease and give hugs and kisses. He loves music, Sesame Street, Baby Signing Time, and farm animals.
